Working with some of the areas top architects, Argus has the ability to provide a turn key solution for the client. From pre-design outline, development of construction documentation, bid
and cost estimation, construction and turn over.

 Argus focuses on bridging all the various
elements of a project together and working to ensure the clients wishes are met at all stages.

Who we are

Argus Development LLC was founded by Tim O'Malley a 30+ year resident of Greenwich, CT.
With deep roots in the community, Tim takes great pride in maintaining a close relationship with his clients. Our commitment to our clients does not end at the turn over of the home. We will be available to all our clients as long as they are in their homes. We take great pride in the homes
we build and are proud to stand by the product well past completion.
